Biography

Henry was born in 1891. He is the son of Stephen Pople and Catherine Greig.
Henry Pople is an Anzac who served in World War One.

At the age of 23, Henry enlisted in the 1st AIF WW1 service number 673. He was Killed in Action at the Somme, France on July 27, 1916. Henry was buried at the Pozieres British Cemetery, Ovillers-La Boiselle, France. His name appears on the Roll of Honour at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
