For her wedding on Saturday, 12th December, 1942, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Camden, to Driver W. Stephen Salt, A.I.F., Miss Merryl Poole wore a frock of white orange blossom lace over taffeta, and carried a bouquet of magnolias, the gift of Miss Linton. The tulle veil of finger-tip length, held in place by a coronet of orange blossom, was loaned by Mrs. A. D. Heath. The bride who was given away by her father, is the only child of Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Poole, Broughton St., Camden, and Driver Salt is the son of the late Major Salt and Mrs. W. H. Salt, of England and India.
