Biography

Alexander was born in about 1845. He was the son of William Pollock and Martha Black.^[1]

When Alexander was about 26 he married Isabella Menagh on 24 March 1871 in Down, Northern Ireland.

The couple had 9 children: Martha Pollock, James Alexander Pollock, William Pollock, Isabella Pollock, Elizabeth Boal Pollock, Samuel Pollock, Anna Bella Pollock, Agnes Jane Pollock and David Pollock. SREL unknown.

On 31 March 1901 Alexander (age about 56) was living in Ballycross, Down, Ireland. Relation to Head of House: Head.^[1]

Alexander died at the age of about 70 on 20 July 1915 in Down.^[2] He was buried at Movilla Cemetery ^[3]
