Fritz Pollard Jr. was an American athlete who competed mainly in the 110 metre hurdles.
Frederick D. Pollard was the son of Frederick D. and Ada Liang Pollard.[1][2]
He served as a special services officer during World War II.

Fritz Pollard, Jr. died in 2003.[1] He was interred at Arlington National Cemetery.[3]

Pollard graduated from UND having majored in education. He went on to earn a law degree from the John Marshall Law School (Chicago).
He served in the U.S. Army as a special services officer during World War II." Later, he became a Foreign Service officer and retired in 1981 as the director of the State Department's overseas schools for US citizens.
