Birth

Elizabeth was born in 1868 in Colchester, Essex^[1]. She was the daughter of James Pluck and Elizabeth Barham.

Marriage

George Strutton and Elizabeth Pluck were married after banns at St Botolph's, Colchester, Essex on 25th December 1892^[2]. They were bachelor and spinster. George was 21, a bootmaker living in Priory Street and the son of George Strutton who was also a bootmaker. Elizabeth was 23, living in Roman Road, and the daughter of James Pluck who was a tallow boiler. The witnesses to the marriage were James Pluck and Jas E Pluck.^[3]
