Hi William, As you get deeper into your family genealogy it is more important than ever to properly cite your sources....please take a look at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Sources to better understand what we look for on WikiTree.

Hi William,

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.

Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

Sounds like a good plan to me. I have found by re-entering the information on my family, sometimes I notice things that I missed the first time I looked at a source.

Hello William, My paternal Grandmother is a Pine decendent. Happy to help you research or share if I can. I also tested my DNA and if you decide to upload your results to Gedmatch we may be able to compare and see if we are cousins. My line of Pines are in Ohio for the most part.
