Phillip's family pressed for settlement of his estate 1 Dec 1803. Court note on Phillip's Last Will & Testament (attached to this profile) says Probate was concluded January 1804. This profile shows that when all that was done, Phillip decided to live another eleven months, before dying 6 Dec 1804. You might want to fix that DOD to not be ridiculous.

Sure, not your fault... the US gov't installed his veteran's headstone 150 yrs later in a place he wasn't buried. And very, very likely having never consulted the soldier's records. Certainly, it was chiseled from info provided by someone who also hadn't seen Phillip's probate record. How they arrived @ 6 Dec 1804 is purely an uninformed guess. - I've notified F.A.G. of this error, too.

Pindall-11 and Pindell-44 appear to represent the same person because: LNAB = seems to be Pindell as most of the next mergers will be Pindell

Many merges to follow

Loretta, perhaps I can help you with questions? This is a gateway ancestor and DAR Veteran https://services.dar.org/public/dar_research/search_adb/?action=full&p_id=A089115

Duplicates of this family have been created, including some that may not be merged until the parents are merged: https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:MergePerson&user1_name=Pindell-102&user2_name=Pindell-84&action=compare

Sarah Pindell, who married Benjamin Hayes (above) cannot be merged until her father, Thomas Pindell, who married Elizabeth Mills is merged: https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:MergePerson&user1_name=Pindell-103&user2_name=Pindell-85&action=compare

Your Philip Pindall appears identical to Pindall-ll, who is also married to Rachel Shelby McFarland, who requires merging before this duplicate family may be resolved.

Please let me know what assistance I can offer you to help to expedite this clean-up. Thank you. jan

I just need a few minutes to look over all the profiles that will be affected by this merge. I should be able to take care of it later tonight, if that is ok with you. I just want to check some of the dates and places, but they do look like they need to be merged for sure.

Pindell-44 and Pindall-11 appear to represent the same person because: I am seeing Pindall in early Monongalia County records, but I'm sure the two spellings were interchangeable in the 18th century.
