The transcription by the town clerk of Leeds, Maine, of the birth records from the family record of the family Amasa Phillips calls her Columbia Ebora Phillips.[1] She was living with her parents at Livermore in 1850 as Evora C. Phillips at the age of one.[2] and in 1860 as Columbia E. Phillips at the age of 11.[3] The death record of her first husband calls her Columbia Philips.[4] Her death record calls her Columbia Evora Gordon[5] but her gravestone calls her Evora C. Gordon.[6] (Evora has been used as her WikiTree first name because that is her name in the earliest record found, the 1850 Census.)

Evora Columbia (Phillips) (Grant) Gordon died from cancer of the uterus at Strong, Maine, on 14 Feb 1918. with her age at her death recorded as 69 years. 4 months, 13 days.[5] Her gravestone at the Strong Village Cemetery in inscribed with the dates 1848-1918.[6]
