Marie Angélique Peltier was baptized on 14 Oct 1662 in Sillery, daughter of François Peltier and of Marguerite Madeleine Morisseau. Godparents at the infant's baptism were Pierre Duboisavancour and Marie Geneviève Reinville. The officiating priest was Henri Nouvel.[1][2]She was one of 9 siblings.
Marriage She married François Banliac (aka dit Lamontagne a Carignan soldier, Banhiac) around 1680 in Rivière-du-Loup or Sorel. Neither contract nor marriage certificate have reached us.[3]According to Godbout the marriage took place in the fall of 1680, referring to a quitclaim dont before notary Antoine Adhémar to the parents of Marie Angélique dated 14 June 1684.[4][5] The couple had eleven children.

2nd Marriage Marie Pelletier, widow of François Banliard dit Lamontagne, married Antoine Gerlaisse, son of Jean Gerlaisse dit St-Amant and Jeanne Trudel, on 25 May 1709 in Immaculée-Conception, Trois-Rivières. Witnessed by Noël Lefebvre.[8]
Death She died on 17 Mar 1741 in Rivière-du-Loup. (modern day Louiseville )
