Charles was born in 1765. He was the son of George Paulet.
He inherited the title of 13th Marquess of Winchester, upon the death of his father in 1800.
Charles married Anne Andrews, daughter of John Andrews on 21 July 1800, in Marylebone, Middlesex. [1]
He was a member of the Royal Household from about 1813 until his death in 1843 [2]
Charles passed away on 29 November 1843 in Marylebone, London, age 78 years. [3]
He was buried in Amport, Southampton, England on 5 December 1843. [4]
A notice announcing his death appeared in the Morning Post, dated 30 November 1843. It stated that he died at his residence in Cavendish Square, Marylebone, and left 5 sone and 2 daughters [5]
