Biography
Robert Row Parr was born in 1899. He became a Shipwright apprentice at 16 and a Master Shipwright at 21 (3/12/1920). He married Isabella Hoult in 1924 and relocated to London to become a general contractor. He sired 3 children, 2 of whom lived to adulthood. He passed away between April and June 1977.
