Birth
Franklin was born in 1848. He was the son of David Palmer and Susanna Simpson.
Marriage and Children
Franklin married, in 1873, Martha Horne. They had a home in Middletown, Bucks County, Pa., and had two children:
- Joseph, b. 1873, married Elizabeth T. Satterthwaite
- Fannie, b.1875, d.1907
Death
He passed away in 1920.
