Richard Gault Leslie Page was a politician who served as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing Norfolk County during the Reconstruction Era.^[1][2]

Richard Gault Leslie Page was born into slavery in 1846. He was the son of Frances and Thomas Paige.^[3]

In 1868, he married Lillie Ruffin.^[3]

He died in 1904 and is buried in Mount Olive Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.^[4]
