Étienne was born around 1646 in France, exact location has not been determined.
Étienne arrived in the colony with his parents, and is found on census records for 1666 (20 y/o) and 1667 (22 y/o).

Étienne has 1 act done before notary Guillaume Audouart: a concession from Guillaume Couillard in 1661, and before notary Pierre Duquet the concession appears to be repeated in 1664 by the Couillard widow Marie Guillemette Hébert, the last act found for him being a donation to his brother Guillaume on 6 October 1668.[2]
On 2 January 1667 he was godfather of Marie Charlotte Garnier in Château-Richer.[3]
Death
he is absent from 1681 census, no further trace found of him
