Biography
Isaac was born on December 17, 1822 in Coverdale, New Brunswick. He was a son of Simon Outhouse and Lucretia (Ayer) Outhouse.
His parents were farmers proprietors. He lived with his large family of siblings on the family farm in Coverdale.
He passed away on August 13, 1857 at the age of 34 and was interred at the Wilmot Memorial Cemetery in Lower Coverdale.[1]
