Biography

Sarah Nevius was born on May 21, 1801, in Pleasant Plains, New Jersey, her father, John Nevius , and her mother, Gertrude Hagerman. She married William Dunlap on December 29, 1819, in Ovid, New York. She died on May 3, 1884, in Plymouth, Michigan and was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Northville, Wayne County, Michigan.
