Joane de Mortimer[1] was born about 1313 at Wigmore, Hereforshire, England. She married James de Audely before 13 June1330 and had children:

- Margery de AUDLEY
- Margaret de AUDLEY
- Elye de AUDLEY
She died in 1337 and was buried before 1351.
