Sydney Carl Mills was born on 23 April 1914 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia and was the son of Florence Helena (Matthews) and Solomon Hamly Mills.
From 1939 to 1948 he served in the military at Gympie Queensland, Australia. [1]
He passed away on 25 September 1988 and was buried at Taree, New South Wales, Australia. [2]
