Albert was born in 1898. He was the son of Carl Miller and Mary Blum. He passed away in 1979.

When Albert Carl Miller was born on September 30, 1898, in South Dakota, his father, Carl, was 38 and his mother, Mary, was 23. He married Lois Casey on September 18, 1937, in Bancroft, Iowa. They had one child during their marriage. He was an attorney. He died on October 22, 1979, in Chamberlain, South Dakota, at the age of 81, and was buried there.
