Biography
Maggie was born in Tullygarley in 1875. She is the daughter of William McKane and Margaret Shaw. [1]
In 1901 the siblings are living in Tullygarley Upper (both parents had died), Maggie 25, Robert 23, Mary 20, Lizzie 15 and William 12. Robert is a solicitor and the three youngest are scholars.[2]
McKANE.-November 30. 1955 at Bush House, Antrim, Margaret Jane late of Ormiston Park. Belfast formerly of Tullygarley, Ballymena Funeral from above address to-morrow (Friday) at 2 pm to Ballymena Old Churchyard. [3]
