Constance Wyvonne McGee was born on 20 February 1932 in Gulfport, Harrison County, Mississippi, United States, daughter of Egbert Swilley McGee and Fonzie Driggers.^[1]

In 1940, Constance (8) Mcgee was in the household of Edward S Mcgee in Militia District 469, Fulton, Georgia. ^[2] In 1945, Constance (13) Mcgee was living in Wildwood, Sumter, Florida, with her parents and brother.^[3] Her father died in 1948.^[4]

Constance (16) and Harry Ottis Dowling (22) were married in 1949 in Duval County, Florida.^[5] In 1950, Constance and Harry were living in Jacksonville, Duval, Florida, USA. ^[6] They were divorced in 1953.^[7]

Constance died on 6 October 1990 in Kinston, Lenoir County, North Carolina, United States, aged 58.^{[8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]}
