While doing some housekeeping, I ran across your profile and noticed you have not been active for a number of years. Are you still interested in participating on WikiTree? Please refer to WikiTree’s Collaboration and Honor Code pages. Please respond in 7 days, otherwise, I will follow the procedures for Unresponsive Profile Managers.
Hello! I have a question. I was very active in 2013, on Wiki tree. Now I am back but I have a new email, the old one was hacked. How do I access those profiles? Do I make new ones and merge them? Thank you so much for any help. I was on the Mormon Pioneer project. Im interested also in the Civil War Project.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community - Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree. We are building one Collaborative Tree with just one profile per person, so it is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add Profiles to WikiTree.
If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add, please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Also, be sure to include a list of the sources used, on each profile you add.
If you need any help getting started check out the Help section or the G2G forum . Also our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.
Janet, I will catch up on all those profiles with the template tonight. The best thing to do is type up that biography and email it to me. As for the cousins you can invite to be on their own profiles by getting their email addresses. I am not on my computer now but can help you with your tree mix-up later. Give me the name & id of the said people that are connected wrong so I can see what who you mean. I won't touch until I contact you again. No problem.
I know what you mean about the Edmond Durfee story. Just made me want to learn more about what happened! I wanted to make Dora D Flack's story more readable so I rearranged her paragraphs, and put the sources in their own boxes to make the page look shorter ! I also put in some requests for merges for the duplicate children. It takes time . Thanks for your enthusiasm !

How are you? I'm Shirley, a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site.
How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point, and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.
If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Do you have Royal Ancestors? Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.
And I'm here to help too, just ask!

It is very exciting and my mother found that she had a half-brother that she didn't know about because of wikitree. They were recently reunited. :)
