Regarding LNAB: According to http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Name_Fields#Last_Name_at_Birth "Dit" names should not go in LNAB field.

FYI, Women in Nouvelle-France and Québec did not adopt their husband's name at marriage, except for a while between 1866 and 1981. Please refer to: Quebecois Project which lists the existing guidelines on names and place names.
