Peter Marcelis was born about 1725 (date estimated from his wife's age), or 15 Apr 1723 in New York, the son of Pieter Marcelis and Jenneke Preyer. He married Anna Elsworth on 5 May 1750 in Pomton Plains, Morris County, New Jersey as per unsourced Find A Grave.
