Biography
Alvin Main was born in 1822 in or near Brookfield, New York. He was a son of George Main and Lydia Main, who were among the first settlers of Madison County, New York.
He married Adaline Stanburg, with whom he had 4 children.
Alvin Main passed away in 1902. His grave is in West Edmeston Cemetery, Brookfield, Madison County, New York, USA: Find A Grave: Memorial #20958180
