Mary Agnes Mackay (married name Ball) was born around 1851, the daughter of Elizabeth (Jenkins) Mackay and Andrew Mackay.^{[citation needed]}

She married Charles Arthur Ball in 1871 in Victoria, Australia.^[1] Their children were:

• Jessie Rose Ball (1888–1972)^[2]

Mary died in 1929 in Ivanhoe, Victoria.^[3]
