Marguerite Legot [@Legau, Lego], daughter of Mathurin [marginal note: surnamed La Morlier] and Margueritte Clereau), was born January 03, 1761, baptized January 18, 1761. Sponsors were Aubin Hallays and Margueritte Wiltz. [1]
Marguerite Légos first married Jean-Jacques Waguespack on 17 Nov 1778 in St. John the Baptist Church in what is now Edgard, Louisiana. [2]
She next married Vigor Goyaux on 3 Apr 1793 at Edgard [3]
Again a widow, Marguerite married widower Basile DesRoches 14 Nov 1801 in St. James Church, Vacherie, St. James, Louisiana. (modern location name).
