Biography

Leonore Rennick Lukin (married name Phillips) was born on 4 November 1894 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, the daughter of Lionel Oscar Lukin and Alicia (Rennick) Lukin.^[1]

In 1922 she graduated from the Sydney University with a Bachelor of Architecture.^[2] In her career, she was associated with several prominent architectural firms in Melbourne, Victoria.^[3]

She married Philip Phillips on 13 December 1923 in East Melbourne, Victoria.^[4][5] They divorced on 1 December 1949.^[6][7] The couple's children were:^[6]

• Patricia Lukin Phillips (1926–2016)
• Jennifer Phillips (1930–?)

Leonore died in 1974 in South Yarra, Victoria, aged 79 years.^[8][9]
