Leon was born in 1880. He was the son of James Losey and Jennie Merritt. He passed away in 1923.[1] Leon was born in Nelson, died in Miles City Hospital, Terry, Montana, and was buried in the Terry Cemetery. He married on June 13, 1907 in Mays Landing, New Jersey, Nellie Madeline, daughter of Martin and Alwilda (Mattix) Moore. The Reverend W. J. Gregory officiated at the ceremony. She was born in Mays Landing, New Jersey, died in Walter Reed Hospital, Washington, D.C., and her ashes were buried in West Point, New York,in the casket of her son. Leon was a graduate of Auburn Theological Seminary, Princeton Uni versity, Princeton, New Jersey, in 1907, attended Moody Bible Institute 1907-8, and was ordained in the Nelson Presbyterian Church, Nelson, Pennsylvania.He was a minister in the Presbyterian Church in Andrews, Iowa; Esperance and Auburn, New York; Preble, Byron and Basin, Wyoming; and Terry, Montana.[2]
