Biography

Rosa was born in Maryland in about 1889.^[1] She was the daughter of Julius Loose and Maria Haraldsdotter.^[1] In 1900, Rosa lived with her parents in Baltimore, Maryland.^[2] About 1906, Rosa married Bernhard Schwanewede.^[3] In 1910, Rosa and her husband lived in Baltimore, with two daughters, Marie and Ella, and Rosa's parents.^[3] Rosa and her husband continued to reside in Baltimore in 1920, with Marie, Ella and another daughter, Agnes.^[4]
