Biography

Charles was born in 1922. He was the son of Charles Lock and Phoebe Briggs. He emigrated to Montana with his parents and siblings. He lived with his parents and siblings in Baltimore, Maryland, United States in 1940 ^[1]

Charles registered for the WWII draft, having been honourably been discharged from the US Coast Guard.^[2]

Charles lived with his widowed father in Baltimore in 1950, where he worked as a cook in a restaurant.^[3]

Thomas married Hazel Josephine Skipper.^{[citation needed]} They had a daughter.

Charles died (age 64) in September 1986 residing in Howard, Maryland.^[4]
