Biography
Phoebe was born in 1888. She was the daughter of Robert Briggs and Phoebe Janson. She lived with her parents and siblings in North Ferriby, Yorkshire East Riding, England in 1891,[1] 1901[2] and 1911.[3]
Phoebe emigrated, arriving in New York in 1912.[4]
Phoebe married Charles A Lock on 1921 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.[5] They lived in Wheatland, Victoria, Alberta, Canada in 1921.[6]
Phoebe, Charles and their children emigrated to Sweetgrass, Montana in 1930.[7] By 1940, they had four children, all born in Canada, and were living in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.[8]
Phoebe passed away in 1942.
