Théophile was born on 1 Aug 1852 and baptized in Cap-Pelé on 6 Sep 1852. He was the son of Hyppolite Leblanc and Madeleine Legere. ^[1]

He married Suzanne Melanson in Cap-Pelé on 4 May 1874.^[2]

He passed away about 1 Sep 1929.
