Biography

Charles was born in 1799 in Charles, Maryland, United States. He was the son of William Latimer and Rebecca (Marshall) Latimer.^[1]

When Charles was about 35 he married Eleanor Ann Swift on 20 March 1834 in Morgan County, Georgia. The couple had 3 children: Rebecca Ann Latimer, Mary L Latimer and Charles T. Latimer.^[2]
