Biography

Martha Lanning was born in 1856 to John Lanning and Dorothy Boulby.^[1]

Martha married Charles Cyrus Babst and they had the following children:^[1][2]

Martha taught first through eight grades in Pennsylvania at the age of 15, and later in Clayton, Kansas.^[1]

Martha passed away in 1928.
