He was the son of George Frederick D'Arcy Lambton, 2nd Earl of Durham and Lady Beatrix Frances Hamilton. He was born on the 19th of June 1855,^[1] citing Birth Registration, St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^[2] He married Beatrix Bulteel, daughter of John Bulteel and Euphemia Emily Parsons, on the 26th of May 1879.^[1] They were married at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^[3] He died on the 31st of January 1929 at the age of 73,^[1] citing Death, Glendale, Northumberland, England.^[4][5][6]
