Biography
Sarah "Sally" Kneebone was born about 1764.[1]
On 7 Feb 1794 she married Levi Beaden at St Pol de Leon before witnesses William Davey and Richard Kastell.[2]
Sally was 69 when she died in 1833. She was buried in Paul on 8 Sep 1833.[1]
Research Notes
While there are two marriage records for Sarah Kneebone—one in Redruth to Charles Cock in 1792 and one in Paul to Levi Beaden in 1794—there is only one record for a Sarah Kneebone born in Cornwall from 1760–1780. Sarah Kneebone born Madron 1765 is attached to Charles Cock at present. That Sarah, according to 1841 census data [3], was indeed born in Madron around 1765/66.
There is a record for a Sarah Kneebone born to John & Mary Kneebone in North Milton, Devon, baptized in 1767 with no record of a marriage for her. [4]
