Biography
Sydney's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1871 in the Leeds district.[1] He was the son of James Kitson and Elizabeth Hutchinson.

Sydney was at Charterhouse school in 1889 in Godalming, Surrey, England.[3]
In the 1901 census Sydney (age 29), Architect, was the single son of Elizabeth Kitson in May Lodge, Filey Road, Scarborough, Yorkshire & Yorkshire (North Riding), England.[4]
