Hewat) who petitioned for a divorce from his wife, Nina Baker, on the grounds of desertion, was granted a decree nisi to be moved absolute after the expiration of three months. Petitioner was granted the custody of the children of the marriage [3]
She married 2nd John's younger brother Richard Thomas Baker [4] He passed away later that year
She passed away in 1972[5] and was buried in Eastern Cemetery, Invercargill, Southland, New Zealand.[6]
