Biography
Charles Spaulding Kimball was born on 2 January 1843 in Nauvoo, Hancock County, Illinois, USA, the son of Heber Chase Kimball & Vilate Murray.[1] He traveled to Utah in his father's company at the age of five.[2]
He married Sarah Elvira Free, Jul 1861, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah He married Anna Sinclair, 26 Sep 1900, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah Charles fathered the following children:
- Eugene Kimball (1867 - 1931)
- Vilate Murray Kimball (1870 - 1887)
- Zola Eliza Kimball Chandler (1904 - 1994)
Charles died on 2 December 1925 in Salt Lake City, Utah and is buried at the city cemetery.[3]
