Biography

She was the daughter of John Kidson and Amelia Tuck. She married William Morrison in 1868. ^{[1] [2]} She passed away in 1879, aged 32 years. ^{[3] [4]} She died a few days after giving birth to her youngest son, who only himself survived 8 weeks

When her widowed husband died in 1883, the surviving children were described as "one boy 15 years of age, who is now on board the Grafton. two boys aged 13 and 11 respectively who were living with their father, one boy of seven living with a step aunt, and a girl of five living with her step grandmother, all of them except the first. who is earning his living, being left thoroughly destitute. ^[5]
