Samuel (22) married Susan Cross (20) (born about 1792) in 1813 in New York. Their children were:

- Lauren Lorenzo Kenyon (1817–1912)
- Harlow Clayton Kenyon (~1825–1866)
- Marvin M Kenyon (1832–1909)
Samuel (42) married Hannah Unknown (29) (born about 1803 in New York) in 1833 in New York. Their daughter was Hellen Marr Kenyon (1834–1893).
Samuel (47) married Freedom Gilman (37) (born about 1800 in East Hartford, Hartford, Connecticut, USA; daughter of Calvin Gilman and Hannah (Bissell) Gilman) in 1838 in Oswego. Their son was William Rose Kenyon (1839–1907).
Samuel died on May 13, 1878 in Oswego, Oswego, New York, aged 88.[1] He was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Oswego, New York.
