Kate Louisa Jenkins (married name Passmore) was born in 1859 in East Collingwood, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Mary Ann Elizabeth (Harrington) Jenkins and Joseph Jenkins.[1]
She married Thomas William Passmore in 1884 in Victoria.[2] Their children were:[3]
