Marriage: Wedding. FRAATZ- JAMES. An exceedingly quiet but pretty wedding was solemnised at St. John's Church of England on Monday after- noon, when the Rev. Stanley Champion joined in the holy bonds of wed- lock Martin (eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Fraatz, of Gippsland, Vic.) and Emily (youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam James, of Young). The bride, who wore a very simple and dainty dress of white crepe-de-chene, with lace coat and the customary wreath and veil, was given away by her father, the only attendants being Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Reynolds, (brother-in-law and sister of the bride), the latter dressed in white linen trimmed with Irish crochet in- sertion, puce belt and streamers, with a bouquet of violets at the waist, and a black hat trimmed with violets. At the conclusion of the ceremony Mrs. E. Wood played the "Wedding March." The bridal party then motor- ed to the residence of the bride's parents, where the health of Mr. and Mrs. Fraatz was drunk. The honey- moon is to be spent in various parts of Victoria. Their future home will be at Croydon, Sydney. The bride- groom's present to the bride was a diamond dress ring, and the bride's to bridegroom a gold albert.

RE will and one codicil of EMILY FRANCES FRAZER. late of Darling Point, in the State of New South Wales, widow, deceased.-Probate was granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 2nd September, 1968.-Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1954, Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1954, and Trustee Act, 1925-1942, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited, the executor of the will and one codicil of the said Emily Frances Frazer, who died on 21st May, 1968, notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said executor of 33-39 Hunter Street, Sydney, on or before the 27th day of December, 1968, at the expiration of which time the said executor will distribute the assets of the said deceased, to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.-Dated this 4th day of October, 1968.
