Virginia Jackson Kiah was an educator and artist who spent a large part of her life in Savannah, Georgia, where Kiah Hall at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAP) is named for her. Virginia was on the Board of Trustees for SCAD between 1987 and 1997.[1]
Virginia was born in 1911. She was the daughter of Keiffer Albert Jackson and LIllie May Carroll. [2] In 1930 Virginia was living with her parents and siblings in Baltimore, Maryland.[3]
In 1940 she was living with her husband Calvin Kiah in Cambridge, Maryland.[4]
