Elizabeth, daughter of William Hynd & Elizabeth Strachan, was born on 5 April 1865 in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland.[1]. She was the daughter of William Hynd and Elizabeth Strachan. In the 1881 census Elizabeth (age 15), Power Loom Weaver, was the daughter of William Hynd at 8 Caledonia Pl, Perth East Church, Perthshire.[2]
Elizabeth married John Johnston in 1889 in Perth, Perthshire. [3]
In the 1891 census Elizabeth (age 26) was the wife of John Johnston on Shop Road, Dunfermline, Fife.[4]
