Biography

Rowena was born 12 Sep 1849, the daughter of Caswell Hughes and Caroline Paulina Seay.^[1][2][3] She married John Wesley Richey on 31 Dec 1866.^[4] Her sister, Matilda, married John's brother, Barney Richey.
