Biography
William was born on 16 Nov 1849.[1] He married Augusta Georgia Lang on 19 Dec 1875 in Lincoln County, GA. [1][2] Following the death of Augusta Lang Hogan, he married Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Owens Dinkins.[1] He passed away on 10 April 1904.[1][3]
