Biography

Friederich Hillerich was born at Seckmauern, 1799. He passed away about 1867.

Immigration and Occupation

He immigrated to America with his wife and children arriving at the port of Baltimore in 1842.[1] Settling in Louisville, Kentucky Friedrich continued in his trade as a master baker.[2]

He married Juliana Ritter at Seckmauern on 28 Nov 1822[3]. They were the parents of:

Last Will and Testament

Frederick Hillerich of Louisville, Kentucky died testate with a will dated 17 Oct 1860, which was admitted to probate on 18 Mar 1867.[14] He left everything he died possessed of the his wife Catherine. After her death anything remaining was to be equally divided between his five children and her two children by her previous marriage. Her children:

  • Catharine Kilgus, wife of George Kilgus
  • William Burkhart
