Adam (Hepburn) Hepburn Second Earl of Bothwell was killed in Action during the War of the League of Cambrai at the Battle of Flodden Field.

Adam was the eldest son and heir of Patrick Hepburn, 1st Earl of Bothwell, and Lady Margaret Gordon.[1][2] He succeeded his father as the 2nd Earl of Bothwell. Adam was killed in 1513 at the Battle of Flodden Field where he was the commander of the Scottish Reserve.[2][3]

He was the first of four husbands of Agnes, the illegitimate daughter of James Stewart.[2] They had issue including
